I get my blood drawn a lot and typically go to a Labcorp, but this is my first time at this location. My phlebotomist was nice and that’s where the pleasant experience stops. First, it’s impossible to find. You have to wind your way through Optum and there aren’t clear signs telling you where to go. Dark, dingy, doesn’t give clean vibes. I was a walk-in for routine lab work. Checked in on the kiosks which was very easy. Had a seat and was called for my paperwork. Handed it in and sit back down. Was called to go to the room for blood collection. Total time from walking in and walking out was about 30 minutes. The staff were polite and professional. Great job.

Based on all the other reviews, I guess I got lucky. I walked in without appointment and walked out 20 minutes later with all lab work done. It’s in the lower level meaning basement or downstairs, use elevator or stairs. Paperless check-in process took me less than three minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous. I closed my eyes. The needle went in and I didn’t feel a thing, but she got three vials of blood out of me. Painless.
