Came in here to the Covina location as a walk-in on a Saturday. Total wait time was about 2hrs, make sure you bring in your lab paperwork with you, they'll ask for it even if your doctor's office has sent your lab work to them via electronically (email) They'll also ask you for your insurance card and identification (Driver's license or I.D) bring in those 3 documents and you'll be good to go. I went to drop off my specimen and not knowing that they had just closed 1 minute ago at 3:30 pm I knocked and said I need to just drop off only I heard a girl yelling we are closed they wouldnt even let me drop it off all the information was in the bag already they did not come to the door A patient that was leaving said that he was instructed not to let me inside so when I tried to go in to get a new specimen the patient said they instructed me not to let you in and he blocked me and push me from going to the desk to get a... read more
