Took the risk of going in without an appointment. So, I knew I would have to wait. But, this place was packed to capacity. 8 am standing room only. Why do people bring a pack of people with them to get lab work? The 2 ladies at front counter a bit rude. Try to avoid eye contact and don't even acknowledge your presence. I won't be returning to this location. My impression of facility is that they are bothered by people and lack customer service skills.
I went here for lab work and they had no idea what they were doing that I have to redo my lab work… I’ll never go here again. The reviews speak for themselves. Avoid this place !
I had a great experience at LabCorp! The team was very cooperative and accommodating. I came in without an appointment, and they still prioritized me because I mentioned I had work in the morning. Their professionalism and understanding made a big difference. Truly excellent service – thank you! ISSAM ABDULJABER
Terrible office. Never go here. Find any other office, never any parking here, hard to get appointments, they make you wait longer than your appointment. Always overbooked. Dirty office in the basement. Over crowded lobby, standing room only. Do not recommend and will not return
