No directions or time posted for the 2 times a day that they stop drug testing. I come here for probation and my freedom is on the line. Maybe try harder to fill people in on all the requirements.
The phlebotomist, Jennifer, does her job with excellency. We were recently referred to the lab after my dad's doctor office had challenges to draw his blood after four attempts. Ms. Jennifer was thorough, attentive, skillfull, patient, and knowledgeable enough to get the job done. She also have great customer service skills; very humbled spirit. It's bad when they are suppose to be open at 0730hrs with a line of folks outside waiting and an employee can't get in so she keeps knocking and peaking inside then goes sit in her car waiting for other employees with keys to show up for work....late.
Scheduled an appointment online. When I got there I was advised they did not do my test at that time of day. Not only did they let me schedule, but they had my number and could have called me to cancel or reschedule. Instead, they let me leave work early to rush over here only to be turned away. Terrible customer service and management.
I had a confirmed 3:30 PM pre-employment drug screen appointment booked a week in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. The staff refused to test me because they stop at 3pm, but they allowed me to book an appointment AFTER 3pm with zero warning. Despite having a full week to notify me, they never called, emailed, or sent any notification. When I arrived, the staff acted like it was my fault. Unprofessional and dismissive.
