It's bad when they are suppose to be open at 0730hrs with a line of folks outside waiting and an employee can't get in so she keeps knocking and peaking inside then goes sit in her car waiting for other employees with keys to show up for work....late.
Scheduled an appointment online. When I got there I was advised they did not do my test at that time of day. Not only did they let me schedule, but they had my number and could have called me to cancel or reschedule. Instead, they let me leave work early to rush over here only to be turned away. Terrible customer service and management.
I had a confirmed 3:30 PM pre-employment drug screen appointment booked a week in advance and arrived 15 minutes early. The staff refused to test me because they stop at 3pm, but they allowed me to book an appointment AFTER 3pm with zero warning. Despite having a full week to notify me, they never called, emailed, or sent any notification. When I arrived, the staff acted like it was my fault. Unprofessional and dismissive. Very professional staff and get you in and out guickly. Been using them for years now.
Prompt, professional service. Only issue is directions on mapquest are inaccurate.
