Lady is rude and unprofessional
After reading the many poor reviews it seems pretty simple. Make an appointment. Show up early. Make sure Darla is on staff. I'd definitely use this facility again if needed.
They are claiming collections and I have never used them. I use the VA.
Terrible staff service. I go in 30 minutes before to drop of some specimen and I am told that they don’t service anyone 30 minutes before. I find it odd that your hours are listed as open yet you don’t service anyone in that time period. Why don’t you just say that you are closed 30 minutes before? Today my wife goes in 45 minutes before they close and there is no one on their side of the building. Such terrible service. This place needs some administration adjustments.
