The poorest run lab I've ever visited... After waiting 40 minutes to have my name called, was advised they needed my insurance card and ID which was supplied 6 weeks ago. Advised her nothing had changed and was talked to rudely by the receptionist/phlebotomist...she explained she was only doing her job and had been "sticking" people all morning and there were only 2 of them there.
