Very painless experience, even down to the needle! Easy kiosk check-in, quick to be seen and out in minutes. The nurse had fantastic bedside manner and was kind and coming from someone who doesn't like needles, she was good at drawing blood.
Sweetest lady I wish I caught her name did my blood draw. I am prone to passing out and she made my whole experience comfortable. Thank you for being wonderful!
I visited the site on 3/7/25, was stuck 5 times by one Phlebotomist, some of my labs were QNS(not enough specimen). Returned on 4/11/2025, I was stuck 7 times (two Phlebotomist), guess what, my labs are QNS again. I will not be returning back to this location for any type of service. I will drive to Nashville before going back to this location. While I was there, they were turning away patients. Every time I come here to this location it’s a problem. Every single time. I really wish Clarksville had better options. I gave two stars bc the girl at the front desk is really very sweet and bubbly but everyone else has an attitude and that’s crazy bc drawing blood you should have a better attitude and “bedside” manner.
