Hard to find, no sign at drive entrance off its street. The bldg. # number partially blocked by trees. The online payment system gets an F for use. But when my name was called by the technician. I had one of the most professional and courteous people who have ever drawn my blood. She was a blessing to me. Thank you. For her, 5 stars

Very painless experience, even down to the needle! Easy kiosk check-in, quick to be seen and out in minutes. The nurse had fantastic bedside manner and was kind and coming from someone who doesn't like needles, she was good at drawing blood.
Sweetest lady I wish I caught her name did my blood draw. I am prone to passing out and she made my whole experience comfortable. Thank you for being wonderful!
I visited the site on 3/7/25, was stuck 5 times by one Phlebotomist, some of my labs were QNS(not enough specimen). Returned on 4/11/2025, I was stuck 7 times (two Phlebotomist), guess what, my labs are QNS again. I will not be returning back to this location for any type of service. I will drive to Nashville before going back to this location. While I was there, they were turning away patients.
