Personnel were friendly and helpful! Nice pleasant people working there!
Worst labcorp I’ve ever been too by far! They claim they are low staffed which they may be but the company and the manager of that specific one needs to get it together and make it a better experience for all! This is the 3rd time to try and have blood drawn here in a 1.5 year time frame and each time it’s the same reason of being low staffed. It’s very unfortunate!
I had an appointment on October 3, it had to be fasting bloodwork it also had to be after I took a specific prescription medication dosage the night before, it was a very specific timed test. I got there and when I tried to check in, it said I had no appointment, even though I had the email confirming I had made the appointment, I proceeded to the door where there was no sign, just a locked door. i had to get bloodwork done for my 2 year old. i took him to the mesquite location the first time that i took him and i had to wait for over 2 hours but once we got in.. the process was quick. so i decided to try the one in rowlett today. they got us in quick but they stuck him with the needle twice and still didn't get all the samples! i offered to hold his arms myself like i did in mesquite but instead they offered to get assistance. and even with assistance they didn't get it done and he got stuck twice. i'd rather wait 3... read more
