They stuck me on my left arm didn’t get anything blew a vein and its swollen been swollen since I went Friday. I had a 24 hour urine collection that a doctor wanted me to drop off here. They did not run the tests that were ordered and PRINTED OUT FOR THEM. I had to come back and drop off another one and the lady at the desk came out and told everyone “stop coming up to my desk to check in. You are wasting my time and we only have two people here”. I understand they are understaffed, but people were coming to you with genuine questions and she was blatantly rude. I would like to share my experiences I've had so far with this company. I was out of town and needed to get blood work done for my doctor in Dallas. My appointment to see my doctor was about ten days later. I go in to see my doctor and they could not find my results/ blood work. My doctor saud she would look into it. I kept calling my doctors office by now it had been over 3 weeks and still no blood work results. Finally almost a month later they were found. On my next visit my doctor ordered urinalysis text. This place was amazing for three years. Came today with my young child for his annual labs and was disgusted with how patients were treated. Will never use this location again. SHAME on the woman at the front desk speaking to people with such HATE in her heart.
Never use Labcorp service again. They are 2 hours behind and not telling customer is waiting in lobby until they ask them.
