Every time I’ve been here it’s been extremely busy, and I don’t know how the staff does it but they’ve managed to always have a smile on their face and have been extremely helpful and kind.
No help on phone. I've been to a Garland TX Location years ago the wait time was excessive. I'll go someplace else!
I walked in at 2:04 PM for my 2:15 PM appointment because I wanted to check in early and see if I could get in and out sooner.The front desk employee took my passport and my school’s instructions for the drug test, so I assumed I was being checked in. Instead, I ended up waiting until around 3:30 PM. During that time, the staff were talking amongst themselves and on their phones while I was sitting there waiting. Amal is amazing and so good at her job. She’s personable and I feel like she really cares! Wait was short and office is clean! We got in a few minutes after our appt time ! Very happy !
