I’ve never had such a long way to get blood drawn. 2 hours and they still have not called me back. They need to hire more people.
I only come here because it’s the closest option. Honestly if you’re willing to drive I would definitely go somewhere else. I have had trouble multiple time getting my blood drawn on time with an appointment. Still had to wait an hour and half after my appointment time. PLEASE FIX YOUR DAMN SYSTEM and the customer service is very hit or miss!
I walked in on a Friday morning shortly after opening. I noticed it was already busy. There was a walk up Kiosk to check in, which I did. The kiosk said it was a two hour wait or I could return later. I chose the later appointment for 12:30 pm and left. Even received an appointment notice by email for 12:30. Came back at 12:05 and had to check in again on the kiosk. Once again it said it was a 3 hour wait, but I noticed only 3 people ahead of me so I decided to wait this time. You will have an appointment and they will let you just sit there without acknowledging you even if it’s nobody else in the waiting room. I’m a start traveling to a further location in the hopes of receiving better service. If there goal is to make less people come in to their location they’re doing a great job.
Place is filthy. Having an appointment means nothing. Recommended you go elsewhere.
