i had to get bloodwork done for my 2 year old. i took him to the mesquite location the first time that i took him and i had to wait for over 2 hours but once we got in.. the process was quick. so i decided to try the one in rowlett today. they got us in quick but they stuck him with the needle twice and still didn't get all the samples! i offered to hold his arms myself like i did in mesquite but instead they offered to get assistance. and even with assistance they didn't get it done and he got stuck twice. i'd rather wait 3... read more
Came for a regular Employment drug screen. Got here early to check in- 1:00pm. The lady at the desk said they would start doing drug screens at 1:30, and I was the first patient, so I would be called. Waited until 2:00 before called back.
The worst place, went there to get drug screen and was told to come back when they said k have to check in again.
Today 10/03 this location temporarily closed. Wished they stated that online when made my appointment. Other clients were coming and pulling on door, no sign or direction on where to go. V
I only came to this location due to the proximity to my physicians office, and that was a mistake. I made an appointment online and checked in upon arrival, and only waited for a few minutes, no complaints there. The phlebotomist was okay at first, then proceeded to move the needle around while in my vein saying that it "wasn't going fast enough". She then had to stick me again because of this, missing the vein. She proceeded to attempt to stick me for a third time, USING THE SAME NEEDLE AS THE SECOND STICK. I stopped her an... read more
