Do Not waste your time at this location.ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO PUT A STAR. Lady upfront was horrible got an attitude from the start and then started to say how they couldn't pull up my stuff which no other location ever had an issue. There was absolutely no one in there at the time. Never had an attitude just when my appointment time came and went with no word went up to the desk. This apparently was not appreciated........ Nikki drew my blood & did an exceptional job! She was very kind & friendly, which made me feel extremely comfortable. Great experience with her!
This place was extremely busy, in a way that seems to be related to staffing. Everyone was friendly but in the process of trying to expedite the process, it’s kind of made worse. The front desk sends everyone to a room but then the staff is confused on who is where. Then all the rooms are dirty. The attempt is there but they can only physically do so much. Even with an appointment, I had to wait 20 minutes.
This place SUCKS! How have I been here over 2.5 hours for a pre employment piss test!? The staff are horrible and rude too!
