Not correct address
Been trying to get a drug screening for days so I can get a promotion at work. Can't move up or get pay increase without this service. They expect every person coming through the door to check in on their McDonald's kiosk, with no tutorials. No appointments, no go. Only one unhelpful women works here apparently, she is only at the desk 50%, the other on the phone they never answer if you can.
They dob their job well and fast
This is the only place I go for my monthly bloodwork because Maria is so good at taking blood without the pain.
Absolutely ridiculous. Labcorp has taken a very busy lab and has whittled it down to one employee that draws labs and runs front desk. This is unmanageable and is receiving multiple daily complaints. we showed up at 7:35 am (the lab opens at 7:30) and had to wait a literal hour to speak with the technician. my wife had fasting labs to do and if she wouldn't have known about it ahead of time she would have wasted all that time just to get turned away.
