I don’t know what the reviews are going on about the Lady at the desk with a very polite and helpful and they got us in and out very quickly
My first 2 visits went great. I go in for another draw, the lady at the counter is frustrated with an elderly man and busy on her phone, after a long time she rudely asks what I'm there for, I tell her, she never asked for paper work just tells me to sign in, I did, she continues to be rude to others, I had enough and leave without getting my work done. I don't want someone that's angry around me with sharp metal objects.....I send my doctor an email explaining the situation, he is very apologetic, though it's not his fault.... read more
Must be too hard to post your holiday hours on your website or your answering machine. I needed blood work on the Friday after Thanksgiving and drove 45 minutes to then see the posting in your closed door.
I never take the time to write a review but after my visit to Labcorp I am furious. My doctor a few doors down sent me over and I had never been there before. I walk in and the black lady at the front desk never acknowledged me. I signed in as there was a clipboard that said sign in, I then asked her if she needed my paperwork, she never even looked at me but said no. She asked for my insurance and then asked why there was another doctors name and address on the form that I brought from the doctor that sent me. I explained t... read more
I have no idea why this place is getting bad reviews. I've been there twice in the last 3 months and each time was great. I went on 6/22 and the young lady at the front was wonderful, she was a younger African-American woman. She was courteous, professional and my blood draw was absolutely painless and fast. I had made an appointment online and waited not even 10 minutes for her to verify my insurance and call me back for services. She was conversational, polite and did a great job.
