Long wait times even with appointments. The front staff and medical staff are professional, friendly, and try their best. Unfortunately, management appears to be increasing the number of appointment slots without the available staff or infrastructure to support these extra appointments. I hope that management considers that, when people with appointments still have to wait for an extended time, this makes people late for work or other scheduled appointments.
They where nice and quick it didn’t even hurt when I got my blood taken
Very unprofessional lady at the desk. Angry and indent even say hello or goodbye.
I was basically accused of being a liar because Labcorp had failed to update my payment, rather than considering that just maybe it was their error.
