None of the staff offered any kind of assistance when I fainted after giving blood, even after I fell and injured myself.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL business I’ve EVER had to deal with. They have TWICE lost my drivers license- so now my information is out in public for everyone to see. Each time was told they will not replace it because “it wasn’t their problem” after it was lost WHILE IN THEIR POSSESSION. I went in to ask to speak to a hire up, was told there were no managers but a “hr rep” (not surprised considering how that facility is ran) was given a number to a “hire up” which was a fake number.
