The facility is clean, and every time I've been in all the staff have been kind and empathetic. They're my go-to spot for labs now.
Limited seating, crowded, anyone can here you give out personal info, no privacy getting blood drawn. Phelbotomist left tourniquet way too long after steady flow of blood was obtained.
