This place is a joke, I came in this facility and waited for 30 minutes, At their little front window, that honestly looks like it it’s attached to a Room for patients, before someone finally came out and asked in a very condescending tone if they can help me, when I told them I was here for a drug test for a job, she looked annoyed and said that they were closed, Completely disregarding the fact that I’ve been standing in there for 30 minutes, I was waiting well before they closed. Front desk was very rude and acted inconvenienced. I chose this place to take a urine drug screen, for a job. I waited over an hour while multiple other people walked in and were taken straight back, I was then told I needed to give another sample, then told there wasn’t enough in the second urine sample. I heard this place was very EXTRA and “power happy” and shady. I will never go back here again or recommend!!!! PERIOD.
They are absolutely wonderful and professional!! Granddaughter has been having difficulty with blood taken since she was 2 but these guys got it quick fast friendly!! Doris was wonderful!!
It’s always a wonderful experience anytime I have to go to labcorp on 16th, the ladies there are always so helpful and friendly- honestly hands down the best customer service!
My technician, Doris, was great! I usually have issues with getting my blood drawn, but she talked to me through it & it was quick and painless!
