I've had routine lab work done here multiple times and it has always been a great experience. I always schedule an appointment in advance - which usually results in me getting to go ahead of walk-ins. Each time, I have arrived ~30 minutes before my appointment time and they take me back almost immediately.
Fast service, and friendly staff.
Staff is very rude and nasty to clients. They sit in the back and gossip while leaving you to wait for an extended amount of time in the lobby. They never answer the phone, you can call back to back and they do not answer. This location is terrible, I highly do not recommend and whoever is in charge needs to do something about how their staff treats clients.
I had an excellent experience at Labcorp. Everything was very systematic and well-organized — from check-in to sample collection, the whole process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out quickly without any hassle. The staff were very nice, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I really appreciate how streamlined everything was. Highly recommend!
