The majority of the women that work there are rude and act like everyone who comes in is a inconvenience, ill get names next time i go and experience this. My girlfriend has the same exact experience when she goes as well. Only 1 of them have been actually nice when I came in i wish knew her name. And they treat other people the same way i see it wile sitting there waiting, if you hate people why work with people i don't understand.
They never sent me a bill in the mail but they sent me a text message that I did not sign up for. When I tried calling them about it, I waited 10 minutes for a representative but they hung up right after they answered the phone so I had to call back and wait another 10 minutes to talk to someone else.
I've had routine lab work done here multiple times and it has always been a great experience. I always schedule an appointment in advance - which usually results in me getting to go ahead of walk-ins. Each time, I have arrived ~30 minutes before my appointment time and they take me back almost immediately.
