I have always had great service there, quick and proffesional.
The absolute worst. The website says they do employment drug screenings until 4:30 when I got there I checked in, waited for almost 10 mins and then they called me up to say they don’t do them past 3 because they’d changed their hours. Sign in there says until 8pm. I’ve previously been here and it was unsanitary so suffice to say not only am I unimpressed but I avoid coming to Lapcorp at all costs.
They close at 8pm but they do not do employment drug screening after 3pm. Very inconvenient and you should state that on your website and automated system when people call.
Had an appointment for drug screen, and was told they didn’t do drug screen before 3pm when I got there. I missed their call while at work and they didn't leave a voicemail. I tried calling back twice before my appointment and no one pick up. Wasted my time for nothing. Avoid this place.
I waited over an hour, with an appointment, for something that would have taken less than 3 minutes. They told me they could not help me AFTER waiting. Secondly, three people ahead of me walked out for waiting over an hour, the employees were very rudely discussing the frustration many of us are feeling after they left the building. Nothing but unprofessional behavior and practices here.
