Forget her name but was there this afternoon 9/17/25 and the younger gal that attended us was so great with my 5 year old he didn't even cry!
It's infuriating. My clinic submitted a test this past Thursday. The clinic needs the test result on the same day to see if another needs to be scheduled in two days. The test was submitted with the 099903 STAT. STAT stands for statim, a Latin word for "immediately". It indicates that the test results are needed urgently due to a medical emergency and will be expedited by the lab. ROSANNE IS THE GOAT!!! I feel like I have the smallest veins known to mankind, and having my blood drawn is always a nightmare. Phlebotomists go on fishing expeditions while INSIDE of my arm, refusing to admit they did not the needle into my vein. This is even though I inform ahead of time and kindly ask not to "fish" while inside of my arm. Having to get labs done, I was nervous and of course hyped myself up. The only reason I can't give a 5 is because the place is really small and there did not appear to be be more than one tech working. However, as far as the receptionist & tech, they were very nice & helpful. My child is special needs & the tech & assistant handled my child with care & did a good job at drawing blood, which is usually difficult for others. We did not have an appt. but got service in the order we came in.
