i need to have a blood work every week a friendly lady alice its easy to get my blood drawn before in other lab it painfull in my arm looking dor my vein but for alice is easy highly recommended this labcorp thanks alice
The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful completely disrespectful. I’m going to another clinic don’t care if I have to drive a bit the customer service was horrible and it’s a reflection of the doctors. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
So I walk in to bring my client for labs. I handed the lab paper to the receptionist (Rose) as that has been my experience in the Tulare office to submit paper before check in. Without taking her eyes off of her computer she rudely says “keep it and we’ll take it when I call your name.” There’s a man at the check in machine who has been having trouble signing in for about 15 mins. Not once did anyone in this office offer to help. So I helped him. It took about 1 min. RUDE!!! Just RUDE!!!
