Arrived 15 min prior to appointment. I was told my lab order could not be used because it was MD Live. I called MD Live and they were unsure if why it was a problem and to speak to the associate at Lab Corp. That wasn't happening. I was ignored. I'm still here an hour and half later without any progress. The associate will not speak to me, you cannot call Lab Corp on the phone because it just loops with a key pad options. Do not come here. The phlebotomists are wonderful here. Very personable, and VERY good at what they do. I am not the easiest person to "stick & find a vein"; but they are spot on every time!! Never have needed to try a second time!!
I arrived about 20 minutes before closing and was in and out in about 10 minutes. The phlebotomist got my vein the first time and I’m a difficult draw. I’m used to being stuck multiple times, but not today, yay! Thank you for a very positive experience! I would definitely recommend this lab.
