I don't know why they have bad reviews; the staff is very friendly and service is very fast. Check-in is simple.

Front desk staff and phlebotomist were very friendly. Wait was long even though I had an appointment and I was told it was always like this. Mismanaged
Firstly, the folks that work there are wonderful. The company has started doing Covid testing at the same time and place as those who have compromised immune systems and come in regularly for lab work. How crazy is that! They should have the first hour for non-Covid folks. Online they say they do but not in practice. Plus they treat their employees poorly. We need a competitor to go to.
