Love this location! The front desk staff are always very cheerful and nice to everyone! I am always a very hard stick with tiny veins and they always get the job done with one stick! Christy H. especially did a fantastic job and she was a pleasure to be around! It’s always better to make an appointment to avoid long wait times, but it can be super convenient to walk-in as well if you don’t mind a small wait! They are super attentive and will give you updates!
Very busy location. The self check-in kiosk was covered in fingerprints, and there was no hand sanitizer nearby, which was concerning. Their insurance system was down, so I had to pay the self-pay price for my labs. I was told I would be reimbursed, but after trying to contact customer service three separate times and getting hung up on each time, I eventually gave up. I had an absolutely amazing experience with the nurses here, I had never had my blood drawn and they were incredibly kind. I don’t know their names but the nurse who drew my blood was very sweet and just talked to me about life stuff while she was drawing my blood, and when I started to pass out she got another nurse and they rubbed ice on my neck and brought me water and cheese and waited for me to feel better, and also went and got my boyfriend from the hall so he could be with me.
