I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience at this clinic due solely to the front desk receptionist’s behavior. I arrived at 8:30 AM for routine blood work and was left waiting until 10:45 AM, nearly three hours, while multiple patients who arrived after me were taken before me without any explanation. I have used them multiple times and no problems. I recently had to drop off a sample for testing. I did that no problem 4 days prior. I then find out nothing was received on my Labcorp app. When I go to ask about it, I was met by a rude response from the lady at the front desk, I would have to wait four days to talk to the supervisor. This has to do with people’s health. If someone was wrong with the specimen I should have received a call before getting a notification from the app.
Worse than the DMV. People working at the desks were rude. The process was unclear. The lady at the desk told me to meet her at the door to give her my sample and then didn't meet me. I was waiting there and she continued to serve a few more people? Such a confusing process for those who haven't been. Worse place I have ever been in Asheville. Would do anything to avoid again.
I was in and out in 30 minutes (no appointment, Thurs. 8am). Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly and efficient. I was expecting a long wait b/c of reviews/low rating. Managment must be working hard to change things around. I felt compelled to leave a positive review b/c it was such a positive experience.
After waiting over an hour and being spoken to rudely by the lady at the front desk, I was called back up front to be told they didn’t even have an order on file. As I sat back down to call my doctor, whom confirmed it had been sent, the same lady comments loudly to a coworker that she told me there was no order on file and I just sat back down.
