I came here yesterday because my son's doctor had sent over some labs. Had a great experience, check in was easy. It was my son's first time getting blood drawn and the tech did a great job and made him feel comfortable. She was great. Made the visit very quick and painless.
Terrible customer service not only rude but Ignorant - should train staff better. They can not give the price of a lab test to my assistant as they said is “personal information” To tell the price - big hospitals all labs in Boston, Florida and Texas (recognized world wide) they would laugh at this lady
Staff was friendly enough, but still hadn’t gotten to me 90 minutes AFTER my scheduled appointment time. Was the same experience for many in the office. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you can.
DO NOT GO HERE. They will send your bill (less than $50) to a debt collector in as little as 4 months. I moved. Had a new address. Didn’t get my bill. And suddenly got texts from a debt collector? For a bill that was THIRTY DOLLARS? Absolutely pathetic. Imagine being a healthcare company and sending patients to dept collectors for bills that are less than $50. Do better. Oh AND I was sent to the collector AFTER my bill had been paid. I paid it on 08/11/2025 and am getting texts today.
I got nervous with all these negative reviews, but my experience yesterday was absolutely perfect. Short wait, nice staff, great nurse.
