Woman working the front desk at 0700 asked what test I wanted the one from a year ago or this one (which I handed her) I told her the doctor sent me here. Okay which one do you want. I said my doctor checked the boxes he wanted. She has a personality like a rabid dog. Get someone else. The phlebotomist who took my sample was nice and acknowledged with a slight smirk when I said the lady up front is mean. NO REASON TO EVER BE RUDE WHEN PEOPLE FAST AND HAVENT HAD COFFEE YET. REALLY DISAPPOINTING.
I cannot log into LabCorp
I have been to this LabCorp several times and it is always so fast and easy. I always make my appointment ahead of time, and you can either let them know you’re there via a link they send or you can use the kiosk, but I’ve never waited more than a few minutes to be taken in. They immediately Draw my blood and I’m out the door. The whole thing has taken less than 10 minutes every time.
I wasn't aware at the time, they are closed from 12 to 1. There is no specimen dropbox. A lab tech walked in when I was there at 12:45 and I asked, would you mind taking a specimen for me? And she said, "Sorry, no." Nice customer service.
