Very kind nurses & receptionists
Every time I have gone to this location I get this older technician who hurts me a lot. She jabs me going in, then it keeps hurting a lot as she snaps each vial in. It never stops till the needle is out. She's nice, so I hate to ask for someone else. She must have my part of the alphabet or something. Other locations have always been fine, everywhere!
I actually like this place for the following reasons: Easy check in with ID card and insurance card. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The nurse was so friendly and professional.
Some younger girl with dark brown hair who takes your blood jabs as hard as she can. This is the second time doing it. It left a red purple mark both times and hurts bad. Never have had this happen before. Do not use her. Either go the WC or ask for someone else. This isn't right.
I had a very good experience at this location. I went in without an appointment. It was busy but I was called in about an hour later. The phlebotomist was friendly and efficient.
