Very efficient system of lab team and receptionists. The phlebotomist Emelda T. consistently knows where to insert needle, and able to draw blood specimen only with 1 poke which is always a relief for my elderly mom.
The place is very clean, easy to find parking and you check in and out right away, but the people who take the blood samples are very rude and unfriendly, they have no patience. The last time I went they hurt my arm

Very mild mannered reception barking to me and others to use kiosk to sign in. Seems to be a repeat situation. Kiosk should be facing clients as soon as they walk in so that the harsh voice won't be the first unsettling noise they hear. I was also given a QR code in an email to use at the kiosk but was instructed to use my drivers license. I also tried to 'sign in' via a text code but that didn't work.
