The staff is super efficient, supportive, & professional. Fully Recommend!
It was a little different checking in on the kiosk and the place was empty. Just chairs, no receptionist or anything. The two ladies working today that helped me and my 6 yr old were great! So kind, patient and helpful. My 6yr old was SO nervous and they did so good with her. They were gentle and understanding. Told her everything they were doing and just made the whole experience better. In the past it was impossible to get blood drawn so it may seem small, but they really made this mommas/childs experience easier!
There is a reason this is the LOWEST rated lab. The GM is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. Shame on HIM and shame on the RUDE tech that tried to treat me like a stupid child. One day labcorp will become the next CVs and it’s becuse of GMs like this. I asked the GM name so I could file a complaint and he chuckles and smirked then the GM told me that any complaint I file goes through HIM anyway and mocked me. They change their policies when they want and when you ask for clarification you get treated like a child and belittled in my experie... read more
The two ladies working today were super cool; I am always nervous to get labs done, but they made me feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this location!
As soon as I checked in the doctor called my name and in the blink of an eye I was done. My appointment was at 8:45 and it’s was 8:40 walking out.Staff was also very kind and helpful.
