As soon as I checked in the doctor called my name and in the blink of an eye I was done. My appointment was at 8:45 and it’s was 8:40 walking out.Staff was also very kind and helpful.

Check in was super easy through the IPad (though many of the elderly patients that came in were confused & there should still be a front desk person available for them).Staff was very kind! I came for a 3 hour maternity glucose test. 5 years ago they had a separate seating area that had comfortable chairs and blankets available for this 4 hour total process. Place was empty, kiosk was broken. Signed in and waited, only for the lab tech to come out and rudely tell me she's busy and I can wait over an hour or go somewhere else. What a waste of my lunch time.

All the 5 star reviews of this place are probably fake...LabCorp is using its money for fake engagement instead of paying its employees. No one answered the phone, closed early for lunch (not it's posted hours). Avoid this location and preferably (apparently) avoid lab corp. Looking forward to the fake AI generated response to this negative review.

I have always been treated with the utmost respect until today when Donna a lab tech was unkind & unprofessional. I was talked over several times in my attempt to verify financial policy information that had never been presented to me before. I felt violated & asked to talk to Tyrone, Labcorp lab manager. He was very kind & respectful as he provided updated information that had not been previously explain to me over the past 3 years of consistent care.
