I went here in November on my way home from New England to the Midwest. I had a ‘stat’ order for a third hcg test for a suspected ectopic. The young woman who did my paperwork and drew my blood talked with overconfidence yet seemed unsure of what to do. I had to correct her about my paperwork and she said “maybe I should call my supervisor” (then went on to badmouth her supervisor for leaving her to do all the work alone).
