I scheduled this appointment over two weeks in advance, only to be greeted by the attached sign. The door was wide open, building was dark, chairs were stacked up, and there were multiple humidifiers running. It would have been nice to receive some sort of notification about this via email or text before driving here and fasting for my bloodwork. I had to get bloodwork done for an upcoming surgery. They were very quick, I probably wasn't there for more than 5 minutes! It's was awesome and the staff was very friendly :)
I had a negative experience. I arrived at 6:55am and was one of the first people in the door. I waited 2.5 hours and ended up having to leave without getting my blood drawn as I was very late to work. There was no communication regarding delays. There was only 1 person working. I imagine it would be very difficult for only 1 person to manage all the people that was in the waiting room. It was no fault to the person working but it was just a frustrating experience for me.
This place is the worst. I was there around 10:50. There were two people ahead of me. Then 3 more people came in and registered and were taken ahead of me. I was still waiting as those individuals were waited on and left. I was there a total of 45 mins. No attempt was made to address me like "we will be with you shortly" So I left! I always have an issues whenever I go there. Maybe they should hire someone else besides the one or two people that work there? There is one person managing everything behind the scenes, but I'm unsure how he is organizing the process. Late check-ins are being prioritized, which is causing delays for those who checked in earlier. It's quite frustrating. According to the information provided, the pre-employment drug testing is supposed to take place from 7 AM to 11 AM, but I don't think we have the correct information anywhere on the website.
