Worse place to get labs drawn. I think they have one phlebotomists. My mom waited 3 1/2 to get blood drawn. Is that not ridiculous. I think they have that Walmart mentality. 20 registers with two cashiers. Find some where else to get your labs drawn
Had an appt. Location I went to said they don’t do appts. Okay, no biggie, so I wait my turn. Then when it’s my turn she says she can’t find me in the system. I show her the confirmation email from Labcorp and she says it doesn’t matter if I have a confirmation, there’s nothing she can do. At that point, I was just glad this person wasn’t going to be sticking me with a needle.
they don't work with your insurance to pay for labs. then they threaten to hurt your credit if you don't pay your labs in full. even when I make an effort to pay what I can
Well, there's really no where to go but up when you have the absolute worst customer service ever. I give these people a -5 on a scale of 1-10. Their billing department seems to be fully staffed by middle school dropouts. I mean, how long does it take to process a payment?!? Next time I see my doctor for testing, I will be sure to let him know how Labcorp treats his patients when they call with billing questions and, with any luck, maybe he will switch to a company that staffs people with an actual functioning brain.
LabCorp on 13th Street has the worst customer service that I have experienced. They are unorganized and unwilling to help their elderly customers. How do you expect a 90 year old to sign in on a computer system. Other customers had to help them sign in.The lady at the front desk acts like she doesn't wanna be bothered. Just get completely new staff.
Reliable
I waited just a few minutes. The staff is so friendly and funny. I started feeling very dizzy and started sweating, and looking very pale. All of the staff was very attentive to this situation and kept their eyes on me. I felt very safe.
They make no accommodations for service. The office help is rude. The employees park in the spaces closest to the office. The "stickers" have difficulties doing their job.
Ummm...I only had a 45 minute wait. Which was apparently great. I find tat very sad. I had made an appointment though. Some people had been waiting already an hour and a half by the time I got there and they were still waiting when I left. The entire waiting room was full of people and some were waiting outside. The lady at the front didn't say hi or anything just that they need my cards on file. She didn't give off a friendly vibe at all. No smile abousulty nothing.
