I made sure I walked in before closing at 11:54 just to drop off a specimen since I’m not feeling well I avoid being around people as in waiting rooms. I continued to stand at the desk and was talking to another patient and she was there a half an hour waiting so we talked while I waited until someone came to the desk and said they are closed. How about locking the door if they are closed? There’s got to be a better way to process and have a work flow.
Horrible wait times. No one can conform if they have order. No one answers local phone. Customer service can’t confirm if they have order. Absolutely terrible replacement from South Bend Medical Foundation. The leadership and Management must be non-existent.
