The unprofessionalism is crazy at this location! The fact that I can hear the women in the back talking about what I am there to get done while I’m sitting in the waiting area is unacceptable. Not to mention the two women were rude and passive aggressive, and unwilling to explain what they needed so that I could complete my test needed. Not to mention waiting over an hour the three times I went back. Unreal.
Place sucks, came in a minute after 4 and they told us they couldnt do a drug test even though they close at 4:30. Told us to make an online appointment, which we did and have been waiting in the lobby for a while and people have been going in ahead of us, whats the point in an appointment if we cant even go in at the requested time. People got lives and cant just wait in a crowded office forever even though they took the time to schedule and appointment. Dont go here unless you plan on sitting all day
Came in to have blood drawn for routine labs. Checked in for my appointment remotely, and never received notice that I should head in. I decided to go inside at the time listed for my appointment, and after sitting in an absolutely packed waiting room, I ended up getting seen about 10 minutes late. The older and rather shaky gentleman who initially saw me failed to draw blood and had to rely on someone else to actually wrap up my visit, leaving me uneasy about his reliability as a technician and about my visit as a whole. I had an appointment at 10:15am this past Saturday for routine lab work and upon arriving 15 mins early to check-in, the system noted that due to the volume of patients I wouldn’t be seen until 11:30am. Well, 11:30am came and went and by 12:30pm, I left. No explanation from the staff other than “sorry, we are behind.” I did not receive a text that the technician was ready to see me until 1:45pm.
