The check in process was horrible. I already completed it online prior to my appointment. When I arrived, it asked for the secondary insurance information. However, it didn't ask for primary insurance despite both primary & secondary already being submitted online prior to my arrival. Makes you question whether billing would even be accurate. Two Labcorp employees had to come assist in the check in process. One was clueless. The second one wasn't very helpful either. Except for when I mentioned I was not at Labcorp for labs.... read more
I have had the worst experiences with getting my blood drawn, if only every person was like the one I got today. I would not have the phobia I have if every experience I had was like this one. I definitely will be back here, I wish I had gotten her name.
Made an appointment. Was in and out very quickly.
So stupid the nurse is keep asking if I did checking or not I waiting for 2 hours n leave my 4kids in the car with my husband, I was about leave already in my first hour waiting but got their message that saying my turn coming in shortly so stupid service
