Had an appt, but they didn't send text or call my name, wasted an hour of my life
There was a guy there yelling about politics in the lobby, people getting frustrated or not knowing how to work the kiosk and personally? I came prepared to pee before getting an estimated 2.5 hours of a wait and needed to use the bathroom sooner rather than later. I would have been fine drinking more water and waiting if my bladder wasn’t already full. Y’all need to hire receptionists at your locations. I can’t believe how horrible my experience was. This is my 4th time trying to get the same labs done and still didn’t bc they lose everything or are confused. Saying horrible things about a pregnant lady who they sent away before me ( the whole lobby could hear) were telling me negative things about the customers, and then proceed to let me know my doctor doesn’t know how to fax things coming into the lobby with a blank peice of paper and ripping it up several times. The check in process was horrible. I already completed it online prior to my appointment. When I arrived, it asked for the secondary insurance information. However, it didn't ask for primary insurance despite both primary & secondary already being submitted online prior to my arrival. Makes you question whether billing would even be accurate. Two Labcorp employees had to come assist in the check in process. One was clueless. The second one wasn't very helpful either. Except for when I mentioned I was not at Labcorp for labs.... read more
