Great experience! I didn't have an appointment but got right in. The lab tech that drew my blood was awesome! I barely felt it. She was very nice and definitely knew what she was doing! I will definitely come back here for my bloodwork.
First time coming here and it was for a pediatric draw. The technician Jill went above and beyond to help our child feel at ease. We had to wait an additional 15 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time (30 minute wait altogether since we arrived 15 minutes early) and appreciated the option to wait in our car. I would absolutely come back to this location. Thank you Jill!!!!!!
I had a WONDERFUL experience today. I made an appointment online about an hour before I went and I was in and out in 5 minutes! Very professional, clean and the person collecting my samples was very gentle and the needle poke did not hurt.
I usually never come here, but I thought I would give it a try. The phlebotomist went through my vein had drawn some tubes had to throw a vile away and re entered the same vein!! At two weeks, I still have a lump in my antecubital area and it hurts!! As a RN, this horrible! I myself have drawn blood and never have done this. She didn’t say anything she didn’t recognize what she did and she sure didn’t apologize when I looked down. There was also blood at the site coming out, and she barely put any tape on it to cover it. I was in and out before my appointment time! The phlebotomist did a fantastic job. I am super squeamish to bloodwork and I didn’t feel anything. It took her maybe 10 seconds to find a vein and stick the needle.
