I am an extremely patient and pleasant person. I got my labs done and the personnel who took my blood was kind however that does not excuse NEGLIGENT care. If you cannot read an order correctly and tell me it’s MY fault as the patient and “printed is the preferred method” when it was emailed and YOU can print it off, get out of healthcare. convenient, but I've had a few experiences with the techs here causing bad bruising
We are always greeted and assisted promptly and professionally. Results are received very quickly and billing with insurance is a breeze. Very nicely ran location!
If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would!!!!!! NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK, EVER!! SAVE YOURSELF SOME STRESS AND PROBLEMS AND READ THIS WHOLE THING AND TAKE MY ADVICE. I called their office, and talked to them and got a break down of all the prices without insurance before I even sent my hunny in with his lab work. Got here when it opened. Have been waiting for over half an hour. Can hear them laughing & joking around in back. Not professional. The waiting are is full of people.
