I would give zero stars if I could. Had an appointment at 3:15. Showed up at 3:10 and the office is closed. No note. No indication of what happened. Even checked in online and has to take off work to be here. And this is a follow up for me from last week when they drew samples and then didn’t complete the full order for the doctor - orders that were on the requisition!! This is the third terrible experience here and it’s three strikes for me. I will not be back.
They processed our "free" covid tests and then billed us for 100 dollars each! The accounts rec. Lady was very rude when removing our bill. Glad they made it right but dont advertise free and then charge people! Especially when we can't even work right now. Are they hoping people will just pay the 100 instead of calling or what??
Waited in my car until they were ready for me. Quick and painless.
Very frustrated with this location. I got here at 6:57am in hopes to get in the door at 7am. I have been waiting for almost 15 minutes now and still no sign of an employee. Very frustrating. Not sure what is going on today with this location.
I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. Polite staff and great location.
