Went in for a drug test for pre-employment and I couldn’t go so they informed me I had three hours to provide the sample so I was fine. I got a water cup and noticed their water machine was completely empty. Knowing I had water in my car i went and grabbed it and drank it. When i came back they informed me that because I stepped out they can’t complete the drug test. They never informed me of this and it almost cost me the job as it was extremely time sensitive. I just got out, I was in and out in 5 minutes, awesome service, Diana assisted me. I let her know that I’m a nervous person, she understood and was empathetic, bringing my son tomorrow for sure.
