It has been a very interesting year healthwise for me, but thru the Grace of God, good health insurance, and a place like the Labcorp inside the High Desert Medical facility on 15th Street in Lancaster, I continue to be able to get needs met by caring and customer sensitive technicians and staff. Good experience compared to Quest Diagnostics that wait took 2 hrs! Never again Quest needs to step up. I did walk in and signed up in the machine and was called very quickly. They took my blood quick and I was out. It's inside the medical group building.

The Lab Techs are very helpful, polite, pleasant, courteous, and professional. The Secretaries always have agreat smile. Very pleasant and helpful.

Terrible check-in experience, the representative was clueless, waiting 45 minutes past when my appointment was scheduled purely because they were unprepared.
