Very pleasant staff. Unfortunately, they did not perform two of the three tests the doctor ordered. As a result, my Dr. did not have the data needed for my appointment and it was a waste of time and money. I have to go back and get the tests Labcorp missed. This is the second time this has happened. I feel I can’t trust the staff to read the orders properly.

I’m genuinely concerned about the quality of care I received during a recent blood draw. I left with significant bruising across my arm—nowhere near the intended vein site. This raises serious questions about staff training and procedural standards. Experiences like this should not be the norm in any healthcare setting.
