I made an appointment and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Nina was great.
The two ladies working on the Saturday morning I came for lab work refused to honor my appointment time and repeatedly provided false information regarding a range of issues (my address on file, their ability to perform blood work, my credit card transaction, an alleged outstanding bill I never received).
The hours on google are WRONG!! Call ahead or go to company site for correct info. The blood draw was fast and efficient. The check in was easy. However, The hours of operation on google are wrong! They close at 10:30 on Saturdays, not 12:00. Thankfully I arrived before then. When I told the front staff that the hours on google were incorrect she said “google doesn’t make our hours, we make our hours, so you can’t go off google you have to go off our website.” As though it’s not a totally normal thing to go off the hours on ... read more
The staff were very aggressive and unfriendly. I was extremely disappointed with their behavior and will never go back again.
If I could give negative stars I would. Drove a half hour today and finally found this place. Get to the door at 10:25am and an employee named Tabitha locks the door on us from the inside and says “Closed”. I explain all we have is a drop off sample, please we drove all this way, and your website says you close at 12. Tabitha responds by shutting the lights off and states through the glass door “she will take it up with her manager”. Thanks a lot for the professionalism guys.
