I took my five-year-old here for a blood draw on a Saturday morning. Five stars because the technician did an excellent job. They could have had another person on duty given the volume of people.
I thought all the ladies there were wonderful. I didn't wait long at all, it was easy to scan the code to check in. I had Kenya do my blood draw & she was so kind, professional, & quick.
Muy mal trato cada vez que es ido la señora esa que siempre está aburrida y yo entiendo que no hable español pero si tengo una persona en el teléfono creo que debería escuchar esa persona le hace pensar mal rato a muchas personas en el laboratorio espero no tener que volver mas porque es muy grosera está dando un mal servicio a lo latino
Went there walking and she told me to produce paper I didn’t have I sent it in email and Waiting for 59 minutes not called yet. Very disappointing and frustrating customer service here.
