Always skilled and professional
the front ladies were nice to me but average wait time is literally an hour. doesn’t matter if you have an appointment. basically just walk ins
I had a pretty uncomfortable experience at this location. I’m a younger male and was new to the process, so naturally I had some questions. Instead of being patient and explaining things, I felt like I was being talked to with an irritated and dismissive tone, almost like they were annoyed that I didn’t already know what to do. They have the most incompetent employees. They simply don’t know what they’re doing. Get some education guys, it’s not harmful.
Catherine, the front desk lady, was rude and had a terrible attitude. My parent opted for the wait outside option (in which they have been doing for a long time) and usually waits for a text saying that their technician is ready. Once my parent received the text, they came in and Catherine embarrassed my parent by loudly saying for the whole lobby to hear how she has been calling my parent’s name for a while and they did not answer.
