They have more customers that what they can handle, there is not enough parking,
I had a horrible experience at this location. My appointment was very early in the morning (8am), and the morning rush did not help with the anxiety already existing around blood draws. I have vasovagal syncope, so I've passed out during previous blood draws. I've also had fine experiences where I don't pass out, and all of those in recent memory went fine. Even still, I told the phlebotomist of my condition and they did not offer to make use of their lay-down room, not until AFTER I had passed out from the first attempt. Ju... read more

The lady named Maru has the worst attitude this is not the first time the first time i came i though maybe she was having a bad day But nope their is older people who do not know how to check in at the kiosk an she has the worst attitude talking to them not talking basically screaming at them when they give her wrong information Today instead of using manners an saying can you guys please move from the kiosks she just yelled muevanse de la maquinas
