This place is always so packed and the lady who checks in patients is really rude (her name is Leticia)! She didn’t say anything to me but I noticed that she was kinda mean and impatient with the elderly people. Also she would always go to the check in receptionists and she would talk bad about other patients. I decided to wait for lab work and I noticed how rude and unprofessional she was in the 2 hours I was waiting. Receptionist are really rude and inpatient with with elderly patients . Very unprofessional!
