Worst Customer Service!!!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially toward customers who did not have an appointment. Instead of making an effort to assist patients, some staff members appeared more interested in having personal conversations while customers were left waiting. The quickest blood work I’ve ever had done! Ibram is great at his job. I appreciate his calm energy as I’m not good with needles and blood. He made the experience completely painless!
Rude and disrespectful staff. They should learn how to communicate with people.
Bad attitudes. I walked in at 11:10 after an appointment with an order to get bloodwork. The lady refused to take me because they go to lunch in 20 minutes…it doesn’t take that long to draw blood, and you work until you go to lunch. Not waiting an hour and 20 minutes for you to come back from lunch just to do your job.
