My veins are usually very difficult to find, and most of the time when I go to other laboratories, the staff have trouble locating them, which is very uncomfortable for me. On June 30th, I visited this Labcorp location at 8 am for my scheduled appointment and provided them with my lab orders, which were also sent electronically. Despite bringing physical copies as a precaution the lab apparently missed several tests listed on the orders. After receiving my preliminary results and noticing the discrepancy, I contacted Labcorp and confirmed that some tests were indeed missing due to a technical oversight.
