Great experience, had an appointment and got in quickly. Ibram did a fantastic job and makes you feel comfortable. I can be a tough stick but he found my vein and it was completely painless.

I walked in the 320 Superior location for a blood test, but left because there was so many people waiting, After I got to my computer, I made an appointment online on the Labcorp website for 3:15 pm today at 320 Superior. When I got there before 3:00, I checked in and was told that I did not have an appointment there and she directed me the 361 Hospital Road location nearby. Worst Customer Service!!!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially toward customers who did not have an appointment. Instead of making an effort to assist patients, some staff members appeared more interested in having personal conversations while customers were left waiting.
