Lizette as amazing! I have terrible tiny veins that like to collapse and she made sure she was not hurting me and then talked to me to distract me while she got a vein that would work. She was so kind and thoughtful it made a huge difference in my day.

My veins are usually very difficult to find, and most of the time when I go to other laboratories, the staff have trouble locating them, which is very uncomfortable for me.
