Rude and disrespectful staff. They should learn how to communicate with people.
Bad attitudes. I walked in at 11:10 after an appointment with an order to get bloodwork. The lady refused to take me because they go to lunch in 20 minutes…it doesn’t take that long to draw blood, and you work until you go to lunch. Not waiting an hour and 20 minutes for you to come back from lunch just to do your job.
Barely any wait time with an appointment. Ibram is fantastic at blood draws! Painless and you can tell he knows what he is doing
Made an appointment but got there 15 minutes early and was seen early. I ran Ibram is a fantastic phlebotomist zero pain very quick. The whole time in office start to finish five minutes..
