Cassandra took my blood test today, she was very professional and nice. The 2 ladles in the front desk are very nice and patient. I don't see why some people complain about this place, it is very good.

The staff is quite rude. I needed a pre-employment drug screen. Nothing on the employer paper work indicated I needed to make an appointment on the lab's web site. HUGE mistake to be a walk in. The staff hate people who don't have appointments and will punish you by making you wait extra long while your bladder is quite full. I never gave them a cell phone number and I did not give them permission to text me so they did an address match and texted my boyfriend who is working at home. Really? Idiots and anal pores. The people who staff the reception area are never pleasant and provide poor customer service. They never greet a patient and, in fact, leave people standing at the counter while they chit chat with each other or enter data in their computer. I went in to drop off a specimen earlier this month and both people at reception were ‘helping’ a woman who was trying to drop off a specimen without her paperwork.
