9/28/2026 I’ve been to this LabCorp location on Woods Lake Road several times, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The women at the front desk are always lovely, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. I’m not a huge fan of the kiosk check-in process, but once you get past that, everything else is wonderful. They were short handed, so possibly other people have felt a little irritated and they need to do a little upgrade of the facility. The service we received from Sheri was what we all would want when we are getting our labs drawn. Because of an insurance error from months ago that had not been formally addressed, she was seeing we owed a large balance making us unable to be seen.
