Even with an appointment nothing is timely.
This is the worst Labcorp office I've ever experienced. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They will not allow a walk in appointment. I had to go twice to get my testing. The first time I was met abruptly with a what are you doing? I stated a urine drug test. YOU HAVE TO COME BACK TOMORROW. There was no one in the office waiting for lab work. But evidently this rude person needs 20 minutes to prepare to go home. My second visit I scheduled an appointment online. Only to find out there are two rude workers at this location... read more
For a Labcorp location they are not very efficient or customer service friendly. Have been to this location 5 times. If you’ve checked in at kiosk and no one calls you be sure to check with them after waiting for any period of time. When you are finally back processing is better
Avoid at all costs! The most unprofessional and rude staff. The receptionist YELLED at me repeatedly when I said I wanted to leave because I overheard others say their appoitment was scheduled over an hour ago. She kept yelling "THEIR WAIT TIME IS NOT YOUR WAIT TIME." I mean screaming!
