Due to an issue in the past I asked that the lady draw from the top of my forearm.. Then as I’m crying (bc it’s humiliating) she handed me the needle “ you wanna just do it yourself” I reported it to her boss but no clue if anything happened.
Very nice, almost no wait. Both Lab Techs super sweet and good with my daughter!
No wait time. Nurses were wonderful. First time that I never felt anything when they drew blood. Couldn’t have been nicer
Do not. I repeat DO NOT go to this location for any thing. They will not help you.
I ARRIVED at 12pm. I Had my 6 week old with me, was told that he couldn’t come with me. Nobody offered to stand at the door for a second. ( i only needed to do a urine sample) for 1 second. Had to go 40 minutes out of the way to get someone to watch my baby. Came back at 2:20. Was told I wasn’t going to be able to get helped and would have to come back the next day. They close at 3 so what was the problem? I’d like to know. 0/10.
