Lack of professionalism is apparent as soon as you walk into this office. Patients who have made an appt are not given any preference per those who just walk in so I was forced to wait for the 8 pts to be seen sitting in the waiting room before me even though I had an appt and came on time. Hipaa is nonexistent and the only employee in the office stormed off and slammed a door behind her to yell on the phone to someone. Definitely wont be a repeat patient here.
Nasty people who spent more time talking to each other then doing a better job. They messed up my urine sample. Did not do things correctly causing alot if fustration and waiting. Wont go there again. Rude.
