Making an appointment online was super convenient. I arrived a few minutes early and Sabrina got me checked in. I went right back and she did my labs, easiest blood draw ever. The facility was clean. I'm not sure why all the bad reviews, my experience was fantastic!

Kat and Aspen were both absolutely phenomenal. Sharp, witty, quick, kind and engaging. Very professional and knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Wishing they could be cloned to be who I interact with at every business. Seriously, it's so hard to find people who know how to look you in the eye, smile, and get things done quickly and efficiently. These women have it down and are doing an incredible job.

My baby came here for a bilirubin blood test. His heel was pricked and the blood squeezed to fill the vial, which is the normal procedure. However, it was still difficult for us to watch him scream as his heel was squeezed. We were assured that he “was a good bleeder” and that the vial was filled. Unfortunately, the next day we got a call that they “didn’t get enough specimen from him” and that we would need to come back and blood would have to be drawn from the vein instead.
