Worst service/non-service I received of a laboratory in Utah. I arrived few minutes early of the scheduled appointment. Did checkin at kiosk as directed. Forty five minutes later, I asked the front desk attendant how long I have to wait further before they can take my fingerprint. She said she will see what she can do. An hour passed my appointment and I ask the lady to cancel my appointment. She asked for my name and told me that my appointment was scheduled at 2:30PM. Disingenuous company! I had some bloodwork done to learn the gender of my baby. Prior to doing the bloodwork, I called Labcorp to ask the price. They told me the estimated price was $10. Then I got the bill for $248.50. I called them to explain this is much higher than I was quoted and they said there is nothing they can do and that I need to pay or they will send my bill to a collection agency. I am paying the $248.50 to avoid going to collections. I would not have had the bloodwork done had I known it was going to cost $24... read more

We had the best experience with labcorp today. Shaquan ran the front desk and was awesome to work with. He had great customer service and very personable. Kallie Jo was our phlebotomist, she was amazing. She put my sister(14) at ease, stuck once and kept the atmosphere light. She took her time and explained things clearly so my sister could understand and felt comfortable. Everyone felt like professionals friends. I’m happy the Ogden location is back open!
