Riki and Kallie Jo were very helpful. The service was quick, and great quality. I appreciate Riki's patience, and Kallie Jo's expertise. We made a mistake by not having the order sent properly, and Riki was very good at directing us to where we needed to send the information. Once the info was setup, Kallie Jo was quick to get me in.

I took my 4 year old for a blood draw. A float named Hope asked how much she weighed (40 lbs) and she had to look up how much blood she could draw. She messaged someone on her computer, talked to the front desk, and then called her supervisor. She eventually came back with the answer after a super long wait. However, when she stuck my daughter’s arm she went through the vein. She couldn’t seem to get it, but kept digging away. I was feeling really uncomfortable with her incompetence. I set up an appointment two days prior to my blood collection for testing, and when I arrived at Labcorp there was about a 2 hour wait, even for those with an appointment. They had a TON of walk-ins and were short-staffed, so I can't fault them on being behind. I do specifically want to shout out Aspen at the front desk. She was taking the brunt of everybody's frustration but she was still kind, patient, and persistent in getting everyone through.
