Truly one of the worst lab experiences I have ever had. The staff was unprofessional and unable to kindly communicate. Very long wait and no COVID precautions implemented at this time. Do NOT recommend visiting this location.
Would be zero!! Astoundingly unprofessional. Bring a book and a phone charger!! You'll be there forever.
Went for an antibodies test and the whole time she was on the phone talking to someone even drawing my blood. It’s been over a month and still have not gotten my results. I’ve tried calling but no one will answer. Go elsewhere.

I came in for testing on my own to achieve health points for my job's wellness promotion program. For one, they were packed and on the wall it was stated they could only have 6 patients at one time which made me uneasy. Secondly, when the woman called me she asked for paperwork (which wasn't required on the site). I asked, "what paperwork?".
