Friendly staff, fast appointments. Was in and out in no time.
When i use my insurance at labcorp, I still end up with an unexpected high bill. When I use same insurance at Tri Corp, I never receive a bill with remaining balance.
Hard to believe an organization of this size would let a location run severely understaffed for weeks on end without immediately trying to pool resources. The sign on the wall that says if you’ve been waiting over 30 minutes please tell someone is a humorous touch. It’s at least an hour wait after your appointment time just to be seen. I will seek a competitor until this poor staff gets some help.
Came here for pre employment appointment the office staff was kind and so efficient. Karla was absolutely amazing and so helpful! The check in process so easy. I had a schedule appointment arrived early and left before my appt time. Also saw so many walk ins and they were in and out. Great Lab!!!!
