Ive been here twice and both times the staff was very kind and helpful.
Quick service and nice staff. I made an appointment online and got service done the same day. Clean facility. However, self check-in process can be hard for seniors or those who are not tech savvy. Walk-in, no front desk staff, and patients must do their own check-in with the machine or on phone. It would be nice if they could have someone at front desk to help, or a direction “ring the bell if you need assistance check-in”. In general, I had good experience there.
Love Labcorp!! Very clean. Short wait. The phlebotomist was great. I didn't feel anything & she was very understanding of my anxiety over getting a blood draw. Will definitely come here again for lab work.
I was taken aback by some of the bad reviews due to the guarantee for passing out but boy oh boy am I glad I did bc it was the best most painless process. I wish I knew this petite princess's (with the glasses) name who will always have a place in my heart.
I have had the pleasure of coming here for many years. I have Always had a very pleasant & professional crew that’s easy to work with. They’re always Very kind & do they’re absolute best to make it as fast as possible.
