Waited over 3 hours for my student urine drug screening. Almost wasn't able to hold my urine long enough for their wait times; it was embarrassing to have to tell front desk staff (in front of everyone else in their packed waiting room) that I wouldn't be able to hold my urine for much longer. Recommend steering clear and going anywhere else for labs/screening.

I've been going here for about a year and they've dead named EVERY SINGLE TIME. Everytime they say "ooops sorry we won't next time" and 3 months later I'm sitting in a lobby with a bunch of people and I get dead named. You need to have an option for chosen names so your techs stop doing this. I'm really getting tired of it and I'm sure every other trans person feels the same
