This was of the fastest services I’ve experienced. Ms. Tammy & Susanne were so kind to me. They even helped me reach customer service to resolve an urgent matter.
The staff looks over worked and exhausted. I went for a simple blood draw. I thought the woman was going to have a heart attack. The place looks filthy and I had to stare at someone else’s urine sample while getting my bloodwork. Typical corporate ran facility.
If i can give 0 stars I would.Not sure if her name is Sue but her attitude is disgusting,she’s the lady at the reception window with the really white hair. I took notice with my mother when it came to people that spoke spanish or were colored she was disgustingly rude and vile but when it was a caucasian male or woman she was all dandy like her day just got brightened. I wouldn’t talk to my dog the way she talks to to people that walk in. This place is terrible please don’t come.

The wait was long, my appointment was at 11:15 and I don’t get seen til almost 12. But once you’re in there, it goes by super fast. The lady that took my blood was Maria and she was SO sweet. Thank you so much Maria
