I’m writing to report an issue with your fax system and the service at your Eddy Street LabCorp location. My doctor sent the lab order three times, but your office still did not receive it. Additionally, the staff did not assist me appropriately. They did not make an effort to thoroughly search for the order and asked me to wait for an hour. I had the wonderful pleasure of having Maggie draw my blood today. She is really skilled at her job and a pleasure to talk with. Maggie is such a tremendous asset to LabCorp. The receptionist is friendly and welcoming.
