Like everyone else is stating, if I could give this place 0 stars I %1000 would. I went in today to get a urine test and the behavior from the lady at the front desk was absolutely disgusting and distasteful. What front desk worker says "what do you want" as the first thing they say?? And then continued to mumble stuff about me to her coworker about how it's been a long day, but when a white lady goes up to her, her tone immediately switched up. They told me out of pocket expense was $70 later to find out they charge me $123. I called and couldn’t get a good reason behind it. Robbery that’s what they do. They tell you one thing but it’s actually false.

I’m writing to report an issue with your fax system and the service at your Eddy Street LabCorp location. My doctor sent the lab order three times, but your office still did not receive it. Additionally, the staff did not assist me appropriately. They did not make an effort to thoroughly search for the order and asked me to wait for an hour.
