I do not get along with needles and Beth in the lab made it such an easy experience. She was funny and sweet and I didn't even feel it.
I literally left in tears today. Office closes at 3:30 I arrived at 3:15 went to the kiosk did my check in. Waited in the waiting room, I received confirmation via text of my check in a few minutes after. Sat down in the waiting room. The couple that was infront of me got called in. Clearly the nurse that came to get them saw me sitting there. Disgusting attitude by all staff!! I encountered an individual who left a negative impression on my experience. This woman, who had short pixie hair white women, gave a behavior that was not only rude but also deeply rooted in prejudice. Upon entering, it was evident that she was frustrated by the low staff levels, which I can understand in any busy environment. However, her frustration quickly turned into a dismissive attitude toward me and others around. She made an unfounded assumption that my group and I could only speak Spanish. They never sent the results back PCP. It's been weeks and I just found out my PCP did not receive my test results.
