Disgusting attitude by all staff!! I encountered an individual who left a negative impression on my experience. This woman, who had short pixie hair white women, gave a behavior that was not only rude but also deeply rooted in prejudice. Upon entering, it was evident that she was frustrated by the low staff levels, which I can understand in any busy environment. They never sent the results back PCP. It's been weeks and I just found out my PCP did not receive my test results.
If I could give zero stars, I would. LabCorp sent me the invoice of a completely different patient, which included her address and medical records.
I went for a blood lab for my primary Dr. I made an appointment in advance. Signed in and was within 5 minutes. Amy was excellent drawing blood and was very nice. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Great experience.
