Very VERY terrible experience. Went there about 6 days ago.The phlebotomist lady did not clean venipuncture site before inserting the needle; and she even palpated it with her bare fingertip that she didn't clean either. She didn't give me a wipe to clean myself before peeing in the cup. I guess she just wasn't into proper clean venipuncture hygiene at all.
