Long waits, employees are careless
I had a good experience and will go here again in the future. They are located on the bottom floor and they have signs to point you in the right direction. There is an elevator right by the front door to take you down or stairs. You sign in with your drivers license at a kiosk and then they call you up to have you pay. Next you go back to get whatever test you are there for. My only suggestion would be to greet people and be friendlier.

unprofessional staff who couldn't care less. Im sure they dont realize the effect they have on people like their jobs, time it takes away for these appointments etc. Common decency isn't very common for the staff at this labcorp.
