If you need timely results, avoid using Labcorp. I never received my test results—nothing was posted to my portal, and nothing was sent to my doctor. I only found out the results even existed after I got a bill and had to call them. Before that, I had already left two messages with no response. To make matters worse, they demanded payment before fulfilling their basic obligation to deliver the results. Pretended like I wasn’t there and when I asked a question she was rude even though I had an appointment I was turned away
I had no issues. The staff was friendly, attentive, and my blood draw was fast and pain free. I made an appointment in advance. They took my 5 minutes early and was in and out in less than 10 minutes overall.
