Understaffed, unpleasant and unprofessional. Their billing was terrible. The first "bill" I got came via text from an unknown number. They followed up with a real bill in the mail. But I was contesting the bill with my insurance company. Before that got resolved they started threatening me.
Still waiting for blood work done--unable to get anyone to call back after numerous voicemails that I have left. I don’t know how to direct message. 08/12
I had a very quick and easy appointment. I made the appt online a few days prior. I checked in on the tablet. I gave front desk my lab order, had my blood drawn, and was out the door, and back to my car all within 10 min. Easy and painless!! I have never been to a labcorp to have my labs drawn, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My tech was wonderful (and I wish I got her name)! Thank you!! I will definitely return in the future.
Went on for blood work, had a simple check-in process. Lisa got me in and taken care of quickly, she's also great with a needle. Would absolutely use this location again in the future.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. I called eight different times throughout the day trying to find out when I could come in for a drug screen, but no one answered the phone. Since I couldn't get any information, I drove all the way there, only to be told they had already stopped accepting drug screens for the day.
