I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this location. I called eight different times throughout the day trying to find out when I could come in for a drug screen, but no one answered the phone. Since I couldn't get any information, I drove all the way there, only to be told they had already stopped accepting drug screens for the day. What made the experience even worse wasn't just the lack of communication, it was the attitude of the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like my time didn't matter. Poor customer service. Also nowhere on this site or in booking says that drug screens are not until 1pm. Dont come here thinking you're going to get a drug screen before 1pm!
Awesome job for me ,thanks so much.
Worst experience. The staff wasn’t properly responding. Waited for so long and left without getting any blood test done.
