Poor customer service. Also nowhere on this site or in booking says that drug screens are not until 1pm. Dont come here thinking you're going to get a drug screen before 1pm!

Worst experience. The staff wasn’t properly responding. Waited for so long and left without getting any blood test done.
If you need timely results, avoid using Labcorp. I never received my test results—nothing was posted to my portal, and nothing was sent to my doctor. I only found out the results even existed after I got a bill and had to call them. Before that, I had already left two messages with no response. To make matters worse, they demanded payment before fulfilling their basic obligation to deliver the results.
