I attempted multiple times to call and leave voicemails to discuss my experience with someone by phone, but my calls were never returned. I had a very upsetting and concerning experience at this Labcorp location on 2/9/2026, and feel it’s important to share. I was there for basic bloodwork. When I was brought to the back and seated for the blood draw, I noticed a fan on a nearby table blowing directly on me. Update 11-21-25: Martha was professional, tolerated my anxiety, and the blood draw didn't hurt AT ALL. Brittany (sp?) made the visit so much better with her kindness and humor. She immediately approached the window when I came in and was so personable. The women who work there are wonderful. The location is terribly understaffed, which is corporate's, not their, fault. Niya is especially awesome and so professional!
