The doctor had me in and out for drawing blood in 5 minutes. I had an appointment that I arrived late to, so I was placed on the waitlist but I waited no more than 25 minutes before they saw me. The fastest blood draw experience I have ever had, with no fuss! The people here know what they are doing, are very kind and considerate, and I'd imagine with an appointment you would be in and out in no time. Check in was also extremely easy - just don't forget your ID!

Check in experience on the kiosks is terrible. Said I’d have to wait 2.5 hours for a basic blood draw. Nobody staffed at the desk to help. I just had to end up leaving. What a joke
I've had my blood drawn by Viv a few times here now and it's always such a quick and painless experience. She'll have you laughing and suddenly it's time to go!
Appalling. Terrible check in system. The wait was over an hour and the instructions weren't clear. The system is confusing so you need to be proactive about talking to the person at the counter instead of relying on the check in kiosk. When they did finally call me the phlebotomist didn't verify the type of test I was getting done nor any of my personal information. She didn't have me look at the labels on the vials to confirm they all had my name on them. I've always been asked to verify these things to avoid medical record... read more
