Erica was amazing! I was in and out completing my lab work seamlessly. She was kind when drawing my blood and made instructions extremely clear.
I came at 3:11pm and left at 3:17pm. I love that they have the self check in. There is no fluff just coming to do your lab work and go.. Amazing!
I got there for labs at 2:24 and was out of the building by 2:35! It was so quick and painless. Thanks Portia!
The experience was horrible, they are not friendly to anyone and they are racist, they yell at people in front of others and say they don't have access to the data, they talk on the phone with their relatives in front of waiting patients, these people should take a customer service course right now, intensive, especially if it is medical care.
