Arrived 10 minutes early and waited while staff engaged in loud personal gossip. After a walk-in was seen, staff discussed the reason for his visit within earshot of the waiting room—an obvious HIPAA/privacy concern. I was taken back about 20 minutes late. The blood draw itself was quick, efficient, and painless. Despite competent technical work, the front-desk environment was unprofessional and not patient-centered. I would not return unless necessary.

The most rudest staff known to man kind. SO much attitude, didn't even really say hello. Aggressively will put the needles in you. The large front desk lady was the worst. Unprofessional workers.

This location only does walk-in’s for urine drug screening and I waited well over an hour. The waiting room is small and too hot. Seemed like no movement from the waiting room. Not sure if the staff is overworked or what but this was painful to wait here. Also the address I was provided was incorrect and the other building had to tell me where to go. Go to another location if possible.

Unfortunately I agree with the previous bad reviews. I went to get my blood drawn and the woman, Tonya. who did the blood draw was extremely rude. She walked into the room and didn't greet me. She didn't wash her hands or use hand sanitizer before gathering all the materials. I had to ask her to use hand sanitizer and when I did she said "you want me to use hand sanitizer?" And I said yes. then she told me it wasn't good for her skin. I replied soap and water is also an option. She didn't say anything else and used the hand ... read more

Receptionists were very nice. Then an inexperienced lab assistant could not find my vein and put needle incorrectly and vein collapsed. Then the main assistant came in and literally stabbed my arm and I jumped/yelped in excruciating pain and she said you'll be fine. I was bruised for 3 weeks.I never hurt, bled and bruised like that for routine bloodwork. Never again.
