The 2 stars make sense. Receptionist clearly hates her job, and even if they give you an appointment and let you check in, they still will act like you’re in the wrong for being there. Hard to find as well.
Messed up my labs and did not label them! I have to re-do all tests now They also gave me a styrofoam coffee cup to pee on; first time I see this in any lab I’ve been to. It’s usually clear plastic containers. I’d avoid this place if you can help it.
Professional staff, in and out
Beware of this dangerous place and never come here. The overall cleanliness was concerning, things just didn’t feel sanitary, which immediately made me uneasy. I came here for a simple blood test. During the blood draw, they pinched a nerve, and since then I’ve been dealing with shocks running through my arm, bruising, and constant tingling. This has never happened to me before. I am utterly confused by the bad reviews. From the moment I stepped in, my experience was professional. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful and very attentive. They were all assertive and very thorough. My tech was Cierra and she was amazing. I would recommend this business.
