They moved location from Ridge Rd to East Royalton Rd. Glad to see the regular phlebotomist are still with the company as they are very efficient at finding a vein. My last visit a new orientee did my lab draw and boy the needle went in then a couple wiggle move-like. Oi for sure. Felt it after 😞.

Have gone here 3 times now. First two draws were quick and painless from same person. Last time I went, I got someone who said she couldn't find a vein in my right arm (which is the arm they usually draw from) and it hurt when she stuck my left arm and she kept pulling my skin around the needle site. It was painful. She also had a bad attitude. I finally asked for someone else who found a vein in my left arm, but it also hurt when she inserted the needle and I ended up with quarter-plus sized bruises on each arm. The first t... read more

Went to get bloodwork, was assured they got enough, and a week later I was told my blood sample was "not successfully processed" by the labcorp facility. My only usable vein was blown after the visit and now I have to wait for it to recover and go somewhere else.

Thank you so much to the ladies who helped me today. I went to get 2 vials of blood taken and it lead to me passing out and projectile vomiting exorcist style all over their establishment. They treated me with such tender kindness & was able to laugh about it. It was really embarrassing and treated very well, I cannot thank you both enough
