Have gone here 3 times now. First two draws were quick and painless from same person. Last time I went, I got someone who said she couldn't find a vein in my right arm (which is the arm they usually draw from) and it hurt when she stuck my left arm and she kept pulling my skin around the needle site. It was painful. She also had a bad attitude. Went to get bloodwork, was assured they got enough, and a week later I was told my blood sample was "not successfully processed" by the labcorp facility. My only usable vein was blown after the visit and now I have to wait for it to recover and go somewhere else.

Thank you so much to the ladies who helped me today. I went to get 2 vials of blood taken and it lead to me passing out and projectile vomiting exorcist style all over their establishment. They treated me with such tender kindness & was able to laugh about it. It was really embarrassing and treated very well, I cannot thank you both enough
