Great staff, real office with receptionists
A junior employee here did a blood test for me incorrectly, and it screwed up a medical procedure big time. It cost me thousands of dollars and a month of my life without so much as an apology. A more minor point but still annoying - this and other Labcorp locations say they take walk-ins, but DO NOT TRUST THAT. More than once I've been turned away because I didn't have an appointment, even though their website and everything else says you don't need one. YOU DO.
Remember to bring your Driver's License and Insurance card to check-in via their kiosk. Don't be that person who makes everyone wait because you forgot your paperwork or didn't check your appointment time. My appointment took three minutes and there was no wait. I went during off peak hours.
I appreciate Latanya so much! This was my first time doing these types of test, so I was intimidated by the process, but she reassured me. She shines with her patience and kindness! Thank you!
