Worst people ever. Sat for over an hour and just needed to hand a sample to them, they wanted me to wait another 3 hours like everyone else, but would sit and chat with people and wouldn’t even take the sample although it was ready and they did t need to do anything. She gabbed it and threw it in the trash and made sure I saw it. Horrible service. The medical industry is a joke. Avoid this lab at all costs. So unprofessional. I came for an employee drug test and they were arguing and the front desk employee was so rude is the worst lab ever I will never recommend nobody to come here at all.

This location is fast and everyone is professional. Had an appointment @10:35 was called in at 10:40. It's just excellent.

I recently visited the Labcorp facility on Sheldon Rd in Tampa, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the service was incredibly disappointing. The staff seemed unprofessional and inattentive, and the overall environment felt disorganized and chaotic. There was a noticeable lack of care and respect for patients, and the wait times were outrageously long without any clear communication about delays.
