I’ve been here 3 times in 2 years. Today a bill from 2023 pops up & they say they won’t process my labs until I pay. I checked my insurance & the 2023 visit was never processed by insurance. They put me on the phone with billing and back and forth for 45 mins (after Ive been waiting for about 45 mins). They wanted me to call my insurance and work everything out before they would see me. I’m not even sure I owe them any money. I need to look at a calendar, do research etc….They offered no other solutions. I left. I’m at quest... read more
