Staff needs to get it together
This is a very poor location. I had a scheduled appointment for 1:45 p.m. I arrived and checked in at 1:25 p.m. It is now 2:17 p.m. half an hour past my scheduled time. I probably would be a lot more chill if I wasn’t holding my pee the entire time. They close at 2:30 p.m. what good is an appointment if you’re going to operate on your own time? For anyone thinking about using this location find another if you care about your time.
Made the mistake of ignoring the reviews … showed up 20 minutes early for appointment, checked in on tablet, and waited 30 minutes past appointment time before leaving before I was ever called. If you need to go to Labcorp I would look at trying a different location cause this one is wild
