2hour wait for walk in. For just a 5 minute test... Now typically walk ins are squeezed in between scheduled appointments. Being that I come in weekly on a random test...so technically I have a weekly schedule.. This facility or receptionist does not..however it does get busy at times.
The website is not working so did a walk in and I had to leave after 2 and a half hours

10:15 appointment went over 75 min past and counting. I had to get back to work. Lots of people and not enough seats. Walk-in and appointment model needs to be recalibrated.
