They have a new system where patients must log in by themselves. I came in before they opened and they already had a huge line! So the person that’s supposed to be doing the blood work is signing people in for 30 minutes. Instead of doing her job! I know that’s not her fault it’s just the the owner of this business doesn’t care about patients. My appointment was at 8:30am it’s now 8:45 and she barely started drawing blood. I’m so frustrated
