No point in making an appt, you’ll still be waiting 45 min to actually get your lab draw, randomly on 2nd floor with just a kiosk to sign in.
The woman (R. D.)taking specimens, not very friendly or social. They didn’t even have paper towels in their dispenser, you had to use a almost empty roll of paper towels like you was in a old auto garage bathroom! Yuck! I washed my ID after i left since it was touched with the same latex gloves that they wore when they came out to get me and to grab another persons urine specimen to take back to the room. VERY hard to locate. The staff was exceptional, Elizabeth Hite, the phlebotomist was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because locating it was almost impossible. There is no signage telling you where Labcorp is inside that large hospital. The hospital needs to put signs up to make it easier to find since its inside their medical building.
This place is almost impossible to find, very poorly marked. There's only a kiosk to check in. I feel like cattle. Go to a different location unless you're already at the hospital
