VERY hard to locate. The staff was exceptional, Elizabeth Hite, the phlebotomist was great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because locating it was almost impossible. There is no signage telling you where Labcorp is inside that large hospital. The hospital needs to put signs up to make it easier to find since its inside their medical building.
This place is almost impossible to find, very poorly marked. There's only a kiosk to check in. I feel like cattle. Go to a different location unless you're already at the hospital
The staff was friendly and amazing. Went in there right before closing needing some labs to be done and they helped me with no hesitation and complains even tho they had to stay past closing to finish my labs in a Friday ! All I got was smiles and laughs I wouldn’t do my labs anywhere else !
Rude and can't answer questions even when you call HR by the way they do not provide phlebotomy course you need your certificate beforehand your welcome
What a rude inconsiderate group here. Obviously part of lab tech training is not customer service. Such a shame to have such poor representation from what once was a respected company.
