I had a 7:45 am appointment and they were closed. They are supposed to be open at 7am. A nurse that works at the office next door said that they do that very often. No note no nothing. Horrible way to abuse patients that are trusting them for care. Do not go to this facility.

If I could give a zero star review, I would. The Boerne LabCorp location had nobody at their front desk when I arrived for my 9 AM appointment. After knocking on the door & the window, a woman came out and said they did not open to until 10 AM. Clearly on the door, it said 7 AM. Then she claimed the air conditioner had been out and couldn’t draw blood until the temperature reached a certain level. It was quite cool in the waiting room. I will never come here again. I had a scheduled lab appointment and, after heavily researching everything I needed including contacting my doctor several times and even the Labcorp corporate office (which is very difficult to get in contact with and receive a competent answer), I arrived with plenty of time to get my labs done and was immediately told they would not accept my lab order and needed to contact my doctor for a specific Labcorp lab order.
