I went in for lab work without an appointment. Brenda was so quick, professional, and friendly. She did an excellent job finding a vein, it was quick and painless.

I went in today for a appt for blood draw for what else but doctor wanting to check a bit deeper. I walked in and I had a smell that made me wanting to turn around and leave straight away. I sat down and asked what others in the room appointments were. The answers told me they were already behind,so between that and the smell,I'm not going to sit there with the smell and wait time. Showed up for a Stat collection, needing same-day results. There was only one person working the entire place - check in, payment, taking blood, etc. Had to wait for two hours as a walk-in but finally got the blood drawn and confirmed with the one employee that they would have the results to us later the same day. Unfortunately that seems to have been a lie because we did not get the results the day we needed them. I would not recommend this location.

Edit: Since this review, my family and I have been back a few times. There really isn’t any better choice around the area, so it is inevitable to come here. Anyway, the lady I initially complained about no longer works here (or at least we haven’t seen) and the other ladies have been nothing but nice so far. Therefore, I am changing my review from 1 to 3-star. I don’t know why we keep coming here. The lady, Brenda H., is always so rude and condescending.
